The R3 Impact Crusher features Load Sensing Hydraulics which guarantee fuel savings compared to other standard hydraulic systems. Expect a 20 - 25% saving in fuel and longer service intervals for oil and components as the pumps increase efficiency and reduce strain.
The R3 is made to be Safe. There are 7 emergency stop switches located around the machine and 1 on the remote, increasing response time and ease of use for operators. All doors are protected against opening while in operation and is equipped with a flashing operation light and manual support for the crusher housing when opened.
Equipped with the largest rotor in its class the R3 is a heavy weight performer in a compact package. The Rotor weighs 3.2 Tonnes (without bearings) with the weight distributed towards the outside the rotor runs smoothly with more crushing efficiency. This weight distribution also gives it high mass inertia, even in the hardest of applications the rotor won't lose velocity, maintaining high velocity and through put.
The R3 can be additionally specced with an ECO-EP+ Full Diesel-Electric Hybrid system delivering up to 70% better fuel savings and lower cost maintenance.
Fitted with a large touchscreen, the R3's electronic control panel features one-press sequential start-up and shutdown, at a glance machine and production metrics and central adjustability with historical logs. All while being operator friendly and easy to use.
The Keestrack Remote gives the operator the ability to remotely adjust important crushing settings, track the machine during operation and emergency stop the machine all from the cab. The flexibility of the remote gives superior site safety and control.
The R3 comes standard with an integrated vibrating pre-screen that allows for fines to be removed and stockpiled. Allowing for higher productivity and better end products.

Blow bars are placed in the optimum position to allow for high utilisation. The shape of the rotor allows for entered material to connect with the blow bars with more space and less wear on the body as the space in front of the blow bar is increased.
The R3 makes maintenance easy across the machine components with large doors to key parts like the engine, filters and rotor. Large view ports and inspection covers on the fuel and hydraulic tanks.

The 10 Function Radio Remote control adds productivity to any site allowing operators in cab to adjust the machine on the fly without having to get out and manually adjust crushing operation or track the machine. It also has an emergency stop button increasing site safety.
The dust suppression system prevents unwanted dust and particulates from entering the operation and wider area. Sprays the main conveyor and fines conveyor.

A milling beam will enable the R3 to produce more fines and less oversize product along with giving it a better grain shape.
