An Impact Crusher is a highly versatile mobile plant that enables both primary crushing and shaping in a single pass and can be more readily configured for adjustments in shaping materials than a conventional cone crusher. Primary, secondary and tertiary

Mobile Impact Crushers have made sweeping advances in the last few decades and are more than capable to fill primary crushing duties for 90% of New Zealand's Quarries ranging from lime to volcanic basalt, we've successfully deployed these crushers across the country's unique aggregate sources.

A benefit to modern Impact Crushers is their secondary and tertiary shaping abilities, deploy an Impact Crusher in a secondary or tertiary role for superior reshaping and handling of materials that need extensive resizing and shaping through a crushing train.

Portability

An Impactors two in one crushing ability adds to its ease of transport and set-up. With a built-in deck screen and recirculating conveyor as standard on Equip2 machines, an Impactor can reach a 20:1 resizing ratio. These features add up for a Quarry or Contractor that might have multiple resource sites or a single large quarry, with the need to only transport one machine costs are halved without a compromise in throughput, quality or profitability per tonne.
