Our comprehensive training plan is included with all new and some used equipment purchases and is tailored to suit the individual business, staff and production requirements. Usually consisting of 1-3 days of on-site training, the initial induction includes both theory and practical training to put into practice straight away. Our goal is productive running using best practices straight away, giving managers and owners more confidence in production with new equipment.Training can also be revisited during our ongoing Audit program, so new staff can be trained and existing staff upskilled as required. Training can also be counted towards CPD hours, a certificate of completion can be provided for records.

Same Day Service

Breakdowns are bad, regular servicing is good and when your machinery processes literally thousands of tonnes of rock a day sometimes unexpected and unwelcome surprises can occur.  It's good to know you'll be fully supported, and when action is required an Equip2 technician can be there in a day, whether you're amongst the Alpine Lakes of Otago, or in the depths of the East Cape Forestry. In addition to urgent servicing, Technicians can be booked in advance to perform standard servicing at the next Audit or during a scheduled maintenance period to reduce maintenance downtime/interruptions.

Equipment Audit Program

The Equip2 Audit Program is a comprehensive after-sales program that includes training, servicing, performance measurement and parts.By bringing together all these key aspects of equipment ownership, we'll ensure a business maximises the return on the investment. Based on regularly scheduled service visits an Equip2 Technician will provide additional training for staff, perform services, provide a report on the machine condition and upcoming parts requirements and recommend operation improvements to improve performance.The Equip2 Audit program is included with all new equipment at no cost.
