The Wireless Remote enables start and stop, tracking,and adjustment of machine-specific parameters like C.S.S on a Jaw and Aprons onan Impactor. It also includes an emergency stop switch, making it an extension of the machine's safety systems.
The Wireless Remote has 2-way communication with the plant, enabling the remote to display the machines current configuration and what the operator is adjusting.
Like your cellphone, the Wireless Remote is USB rechargeable and is securely paired with the machine. Built from a weather-sealed polycarbonate hardshell it also incorporates a rubberised grip for impact protection.
The Keestrack-er Remote Telematics System is an advanced monitoring system that allows monitoring and remote adjustment of any PLC monitored components.
The PLC is connected to a cellular telematics modem, the unit stores and transmits the data to the Keestrack-er cloud, where the owner or service agent can access the telemetry.
If an area with no signal the telematics unit will upload the stored data once back in range. Keestrack-er offers some distinct advantages for fleet management. Allowing managers to see where the equipment is positioned on the site via a map overlay and how productive the mobile plant has been.
Metrics like fuel usage, engine load, crushing/screening parameters, conveyor parameters are all monitored and recorded, allowing managers to see real-time and historical data.

The B4 has the largest Jaw inlet in its weight class (30 tonnes), rivalling competing Mobile Jaw Crushers found in 40-tonne machines. The Jaw inlet size of 1,100mm x 700mm enables larger material to be crushed and sized in a smaller machine footprint. The Jaw Inlet also benefits the B3's Jaw size, as the larger inlet means the Jaw is larger and heavier and thus has better compression characteristics during the closing swing.
Keestrack patented N.S.S (Non-stop overload Safety System) Jaw protection mechanism is a collection of components and systems integrated into the Jaw that protects against overload or damage to the Jaw. During a crushing pass or closed swing if over compaction or an uncrushable material enters the chamber this can cause a regular Jaw crusher to overload resulting in damage to the plates, structure, or hydraulic system; N.S.S prevents this.
With an adjustable vibrating double-deck screen built-in to the feed hopper, unwanted fines can be removed from the feed prior to entering the crushing chamber. Capable of sorting through high volumes the double-deck aids the total throughput of the right material and prevents possible material compaction in the chamber particularly during wet or sticky material crushing.
The B3's Jaw can be run in reverse, aiding the clearing of uncrushable materials that have entered the chamber or for use during crushing operations to produce different material effects, like 'fluffing' asphalt.
A specialised pivot plate gives the B3's Jaw mechanism an aggressive movement aiding its ability to rapidly crush tough material throughout its C.S.S range.
Part of one of the benefits to N.S.S, the hydraulic cylinders that electronically control the operators set C.S.S can also perform automatic Jaw plate wear recovery every 50 hours. This function can be completed manually or adjusted to suit the needs of the operation, to continually ensure the correct C.S.S is met even after long periods of crushing.

Jaw Crushers or mobile single toggle jaw's specifically, work by compressing material between two wear plates, causing the material to fracture. The Jaw plates are angled so that the distance between them decreases towards the bottom, allowing the material to break down during the crushing motion, which like the name suggest is like jaw movement.
