Rockster R700s

Electric
Diesel

Intended for limited space operations, the R700s has a small transport footprint and gross weight requiring less transport logistics to move. Providing a balance of compactness and crushing performance makes the R700s fill a vital contracting role without compromising on important features.

 MACHINE BENEFITS

Hydrostatic Drive

The R700s uses a Hydrostatic Drive over a traditional clutch connected transmission. The Hydrostatic Drive eliminates clutch wear, allows for a greater range of rotor speed adjustment, a more uniform throughput and more reserved power.

Crusher Overload Protection

The Hydrostatic Drive also enables the R700s to prevent overload and damage to the crusher. The overload protection system monitors the engine load and drive pressure to start and stop feeding when necessary.

Integrated Pre-Screen

Equipped with a vibrating feeder and built-in pre-screen, fines and unwanted smaller materials can be removed prior to crushing enabling higher throughput and reduced wear.

Post-Screen Equipped

The single deck post-screen aids production of correctly sized materials and the oversize can be recirculated for crushing or optionally stockpiled.

How does an Impact Crusher work?

Impact Crushers or HIS crushers work by impacting material at high speed, causing the material to fracture upon impact with the Blow Bar. Material is then forced into the Aprons on the outside of the Crushing chamber which further helps break up material. The Aprons proximity to the Blow Bars determines final product sizing. For an in-depth breakdown see this article.

Can you guarantee the R700s' performance?

In general, this can be hard to do, but we can provide a full Return on Investment summary of the machine including all associated costs to run it, staffing, wear parts, insurance, finance, and then expected production and sales. All this information is pulled from our customer real-life performance of this machine, and then your production goals and material. We also can offer subject to trial, allowing you to see the machine perform and meet our ROI estimate, eliminating the risk of getting a dud.

I’m not sure an Impact Crusher is right for my application?

If you’ve not used an Impact Crushing Plant before the learning curve can be steep, but rewarding. Impactors offer a lot of benefits over traditional plant like Jaw and Cones, such as a single machine to achieve what takes two. For an in-depth explanation of the pros and cons of an impact crusher see this article.

What sort of Support and Parts packages do you offer?

All new Equip2 supplied machines are automatically assigned a discounted parts package and on-site audit programme. We stock wear parts and components at our centrally located Masterton depot and will support your new machine with parts on-demand, invoices are just for parts supplied and forward ordering is not necessary to obtain future stock, we keep it all here. For more in-depth requirements on the different blow bars and parts plans contact us.

The equip2 process

You'd agree that buying equipment should be easy, and the machine you purchase is fit for purpose. After all, purchasing equipment can be a large capital expenditure and not a decision you take lightly, you need to know that the business you're purchasing from will sell you the right piece of equipment, and support that equipment.

The Equip2 flywheel is our unique approach to equipment procurement and support. Each pillar supports the other and ensures the continued success of businesses using Equip2 as their processing solutions partner.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE

For many purchases you make, whether personal or business, you likely place a high value on the service you receive. And as we all conclude, the bigger the investment, the higher level of service we expect.

If it's anything we focus the most effort on, it's service. We recognise that great service is also great sales, and service is what keeps machines running profitably. We take a lot of pride in having all fields of expertise in-house so we can support businesses whether they're investing in new equipment, day to day operations or trying to improve their overall efficiency and profitability.
