Our Mission. Supply the most reliable, innovative equipment, hand picked and customised by us to be the best solution to each operations needs. To lead by results and provide the best end to end experience and solution for our clients through expertise, support and cooperative relationships.

Who We Are. We are a close knit company led by key values to be the best of the bunch. We don't have 'salesmen' (or women), rather all our departments from servicing and operations management work together with clients to support their businesses, find solutions and back them up. It's these key differences that make us stand out from other dealerships and corporates. Whether you talk to accounting or parts dispatch we know you and we're here to work with you.

Our Values.

Our values help us define who we are and what we strive to do. It gives us a sense of purpose and goals to work to. We measure our success against how well we measure up to them and they remind us what's really important. We have five we keep in front of us.

Make it Better.

Whether it's our internal processes or a clients operational needs; Make it Better is what we strive to do, to improve and better than what was. If it doesn't meet this criteria we start again.

One Direction, One Team.

We win together, we lose together. It doesn't matter what 'department' we're in, we work together to solve for the solution. There's no jurisdictional conflicts here, and that's why we all have an interest in our clients. And if that means Patrick from accounting is called to service a machine, he'll be there in a jiffy.

Passion for Customers.

At the end of the day without customers we are not a business. Everything we work towards and everyone we work with is our priority. We think every business should have this as their core ethos as without it you won't keep your client happy or for long.

Sense of Urgency.

If it needs doing, we get it done. Quickly. No waiting till next week or for the 'right' person. We work towards solving things as quickly as we can.

Can do Attitude.

There's no 'glass half full' types here. Keen to give anything a go, in or outside of our comfort zone we're willing to take on responsibility where others shy away or procrastinate.

Establishment of Hart Bros Contracting
The Hart family moves from contracting to farming in the Manawatu.
The Hart's establish C-Dax Sprayers for use in the agricultural industry.
Joe Hart; Hiremax's original founder; Joins the C-Dax family business.
The Hart's collectively sell C-Dax and their farming business in the Manawatu. They re-establish the contracting business which now includes heavy machinery hire.
Hireways is established in Palmerston North, Manawatu to supply heavy machinery and specialist equipment to the region. The contracting business changes into Hire only.
Joe Hart moves from the Manawatu to the Wairarapa and Establishes Hiremax.
Hiremax sources and sells Trommel Screens.
Hiremax sells three mobile plants to Oceana Gold in the Philippines; A Jaw, Cone and Screen.
Equip2 is formed as a separate entity. Equip2 solidifies relationships with Keestrack and become their sole distributors for New Zealand and Oceania.
Equip2 becomes the sole distributor for Portafill in New Zealand and Oceania.
Equip2 becomes the sole distributor for Sensortechnic in New Zealand and Oceania.
Equip2 sets up a support satellite office in Auckland to support clients in the region.
