When it does, we know you want it back up and running as fast as possible and that is where our technical support team come into play. We have a team of people with excellent technical knowledge, a nationwide network of service agents and a direct line of communication back to the factories in Europe, so together we can all work to get you productive again as soon as possible.

Parts & Services

We also stock an extensive range of spare parts for every piece of machinery we sell, and we supply an overnight service to all main centres in New Zealand. In the unlikely case that we are out of stock, we’ll have the parts ordered from Europe and in your hands within 5–7 days.
